   This is the easiest 5 star review to write. Our kitchen was really dated and needed replacing. We had not heard of Kitchen World before, but found them through an internet search and their reviews were excellent. We visited the Kitchen World showroom and found the choice to be vast, so we booked Lee to come out and give us some help. Lee was absolutely brilliant. You would expect a planner to be in your house for an hour to do the measuring etc, Lee was with us for nearly 3 hours! His attention to detail was exceptional and he came up with some brilliant ideas, especially as our kitchen is quite complex in shape. We were really impressed with Lee and he completely sold us his company and service in that one visit. We made several more visits to the showroom over the next two months to pick and choose our kitchen. Lead time was around 4 months to our install, so we had plenty of time. Lee and his staff were extremely helpful on our visits and nothing was too much trouble for them. Lee even made other visits to us before the install as we were doing the rip out ourselves and uncovered all sorts of little headaches. Lee arranged all the other work, plasterer, electrician, plumber etc and also recommended a floor installer. The install, including all the other work, took just under 4 weeks. Steve, our installer was incredible and an amazing craftsman. He would always ask us for our thoughts and opinions, and consulted with us on all the little quirks and hiccups which naturally materialised throughout the install...nothing was too much trouble for him. We are absolutely delighted with the kitchen. The quality of the materials and installation is far and away above what you would get from the high street brands we all know and the service we received was brilliant. We would urge anyone contemplating a new kitchen to go and see the showroom, its huge and covers all tastes with the exceptional range. We thoroughly recommend Kitchen World and will not hesitate to use them when needed in the future!

   What a fabulous experience throughout the whole process. With such a big decision in changing our kitchen, Lee was just so reassuring that with working with Kitchen world gave us full confidence that our dream kitchen can be achieved. We were hands on clients, again Lee was accommodating in a two way design that allowed us to use all his design experience to create our dream. The scheduling the project never wavered, with Richard organising all the trades which worked seamlessly with us and Kitchen World. The fitting of our kitchen was very professional with Steve's eye for detail and craftmanship allowing us to have high standard of finish we desired. Now that we have lived with the kitchen for a few months, there is nothing we would have changed and would thoroughly recommend using Lee and Kitchen World. Heartfelt thanks for a superb design and service to Lee, Richard and Steve.

   We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen from Kitchen World Mansfield. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Lee, who designed our kitchen, was fantastic and really took the time to understand our requirements and budget, creating a kitchen that suits us perfectly. The fitters were outstanding and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was finished to a high standard. Their attention to detail and professionalism made the whole process stress-free. Communication throughout was also very good, which gave us real confidence at every stage. The quality of the kitchen itself is excellent, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. We would highly recommend Kitchen World Mansfield to anyone considering a new kitchen.

   We have recently had a new kitchen from Kitchen World. From start to finish it has been a seamless and brilliant experience. There was no pushy sales tactics on visiting the show room, all the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We dealt with David when we decided we wanted to have our kitchen from Kitchen World. David was fantastic, he really captured what we wanted and gave us options and his opinion on what would work and what wouldn't, it was evident that he didn't just want the sale he actually cared and wanted to you as the customer at the heart of what they do. Nothing was too much trouble and any questions we had were promptly responded to. David co-ordinated everything for us, made recommendations on trades men such as electrician, and flooring. We had a detailed plan and knew exactly who was coming and when which was really helpful and took the stress out of having the kitchen done which was so invaluable for us with me being 37-38 weeks pregnant at the time of the kitchen being done. The rip out was quick and efficient with minimal mess by Jason and all rubbish was efficiently and promptly picked up by the delievery men. The kitchen fitters that came Jamie and Scott were fantastic. They were friendly, professional and really helpful they would check in every day and make sure everything was as expected throughout. Nothing was too much trouble for them, including sorting out plumbing and fitting us a new outside tap. The kitchen has been finished to a high standard. All snagging which was very minor was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our splashback was delayed in coming which was out of control of Kitchen World, but they ensured that we were communicated with on a regular basis about this and it was fitted the same day which it came. We have had so many compliments on the kitchen, the workmanship and very high standard of kitchen. We couldn't recommend Kitchen World enough from start to finish a very professional process by a very friendly team. Thank you all ☺️

   Outstanding Experience from start to finish! Workmanship and Customer was impeccable throughout the Design and Installation Process. Would instantly recommend to anyone Lee helped us design our perfect family kitchen from scratch and incorporated every one of our requirements which other firms had majorly struggled with. His team helped us pick out all materials, appliances and finishes with ease and simply made the entire process enjoyable. Quality of the product and finish is extremely high and the fitting even better. Installers were meticulous, polite, tidy and most importantly - Nothing was rushed so ensure every single cabinet and appliance was fitted perfectly. Can't recommend this Company and Lee highly enough, Done a Cracking Job!

   Kitchen World fitted a new kitchen and utility room for us in November of 2022. The showroom is well worth visiting with a variety of styles of kitchen. Our experience with them as a company has been exceptional, from the stripping out of the old kitchen to arranging the plastering, electrical installations and lighting, new cabinets, work surfaces, plumbing, flooring and fitting new appliances. Each tradesman was professional, courteous, and on time. Matt, the fitter, was a star and went over and beyond his remit. Everything went very smoothly and we could not be more pleased with the result. David gave good advice as to what would work well and helped us maximise our kitchen’s space. He took into account all our requests during the design process and we were kept well informed, by Sam, at all stages of the process including the delay with one of the ovens, due to the Chinese lockdown and through no fault of Kitchen World. We even received £200 from Siemens as an apology for the delay. Kitchen World can deliver the whole package and their work is of very high quality. We have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

   We have just had our kitchen and utility room units and appliances replaced by Kitchen World. This is the second time we have used this company. The whole process from the first home visit to design and listen to what we wanted through to the fitting and after sales care has been tremendous. The fitters were polite and professional nothing was too much trouble. The few snagging issues were dealt with in a timely manner. We are delighted with the installation it looks fabulous.

   We recently had a new kitchen designed and fitted by Kitchen World. It was designed by Justin, who was aware of our priorities, which suited our every day needs.Any adjustments were discussed and altered as necessary. A date was set and all work men turned up as arranged, all of whom were very professional, polite and most of all, respectful of our property. Scott the joiner who actually fitted the units was excellent. His attention to detail was second to none. Any problems, was and have been rectified immediately and without quibbling.    From planning to completion the service from Kitchen World was fantastic. The detailed planning by Lee and Sam led to a successful installation at the correct times and on schedule by Kitchen World's own friendly and helpful fitters, electricians, plasterers, plumber and the flooring contractors. Nothing was too much trouble. Kitchen World would ensured every item was in perfect condition before installation. We are extremely happy with the end result and would highly recommend Kitchen World.

   Our new kitchen has been completed this week and we are over the moon with it. All design work and manufacturing is first class. The fitters were absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Used kitchen World as units are made on site and can be adapted to fit any space rather than have large fillets to fill in. We were recommended to use Ideal electrics for all the prep work and once again this was a first class service, richard and Dave sorted all trades and were ready on time for kitchen fitters to start fitting. Apart from a few logistical issues on supplies and deliveries this was a painless process. We are now able to enjoy a great kitchen and living area. Will add photos later.
