He is amazing when it comes to responding to emergency electrical faults. Very polite, considerate, professional, fair and kind. He knows what he’s doing and you can tell he has years of experience. He responded quickly to my Saturday night emergency with fair price and I highly recommend him to anyone.
Very disappointed, Kent came out promptly which impressed us, told me he had been an electrician since he was eight trained by his father, I explained the fault of lights tripping a fuse. He stated it was probably the position of the kettle in the kitchen. He charged me £35 cash and left telling me to call if I need any more help. I moved the kettle as instructed but the lights still kept tripping the fuse. I have tried to call him and got no answer, left messages asking for him to please contact me and sent texts without any reply. Very disappointed as the problem still exists.
Kent was lovely. Responded extremely quickly, fixed an issue on day 1 and when we realised there was another issue causing the electric to trip, he was out again first thing on day 2. Incredibly well priced, brilliant with the dog and did a great job. You can tell he’s experienced in his field of work. Thank you!
Kent came to change my fuse board. Hit problem as I was unaware that I had 2. Not a problem to him as he got on with changing both. Was really professional and friendly and I would definitely use again and have no hesitation in recommending to others. Brilliant work and a very happy customer
