   I called Monday 17th and Ryan agreed to visit our home Wednesday 19th. He arrived and was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and advised we need to replace an old boiler and tank with a new combi and relocate. This house is a renovation project and will be our forever home afterwards. I asked for a quote as we have other jobs such as kitchen, electrics etc. to pay for and need to know how much to make a decision. Ryan said he would send me prices within a few days. The following Monday I had heard nothing, called and spoke to Marie who informed me Ryan had been away a few days and will contact him to encourage him to send prices we were waiting for. Come Friday 28th still nothing. I have called and there is no answer. I have left a voicemail to say we will look elsewhere. I need reliable tradesman to complete a number of jobs so that there are no delays for other workman or us. If I am already chasing just for prices I am not filled with confidence. Such a shame as there other reviews are good. Bad luck for us. Edit. Ryan called me to ask what had happened. I reiterated that we haven't received a quote yet. He said "I thought you wanted finance and we need to contact them and take your details" I said why would I want a finance company to contact me, have my details without knowing a price first. He then said, "I won't be able to provide a quote until next week". Baffled I told him to leave it and we'll go elsewhere. Unbelievable

   Having recently had a boiler service we found out our boiler had a major fault .we disgust a replacement echotec have helped us get help to pay for a new boiler and on friday fingers crossed we will have a new one. Ive used ecotec for a few years now and hope to continue to do so

The installation itself was quick, efficient, and clearly done with expertise. They clearly explained how the system worked and agreed a maintenance plan going forward.    If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Ryan and the team are brilliant. They are truly professional and I have no hesitation in recommending their service. We were without heating and water during the heavy snow weekend due to our boiler breaking down. They could not have been more caring and considerate to our situation. New boiler fitted.    Well where would you start on such a friendly, professional and a job well done? Ryan and Luke fitted a boiler they were prompt did a great job, cleaned up after themselves each day, nothing is too much trouble for them. They are so respectful of clients and property. They were also fitting a new thermostat which with the pandemic has taken time to arrive, but we were kept updated at all times what was happening and as soon as it arrived Ryan came and fitted it and explained everything. One of the main thing I really appreciated was the fact that being a woman on my own I was always at ease with them and was never made to feel uncomfortable. You have got a brilliant reputation Ryan, so keep up the good work and many thanks again
