   I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND KUTCHENHAUS MANSFIELD This is an update to my Trustpilot review that is too long to post here but had a lot to do with the co-owner Ryan. Brett told me that Ryan has now left and works at another branch of Kutchenhaus due to ‘mishandling customer funds' and that Brett now fully owns the Nottingham branch as well as the Mansfield branch. Brett came over to discuss the issues early July 2025 after reading my negative TrustPilot review, one of which was to replace a door and a £612 refund that I hadn’t been issued for 2 end panels not fitting due to Ryan mismeasuring. Brett agreed to replace the door and he would let me know about the £612 refund for the end panels.. I hadn’t heard from him so chased Brett up two weeks later, to which he replied he was on holiday and would reply on his return, which was fine. I hadn't heard from him nearly a month later to ask when I would get the door and what was happening about the refund He just replied he will "keep in touch” Another 3 weeks went past and I chased him again and he just said it’s at a logistics hub - I just wanted a direct answer to when I would get the door and refund. I finally received the door in September and asked when someone will come to fit it, to which he said was”when we have an installation in the area’. It is now nearly 3 months since we discussed this and I still don’t have a date for the door to be fitted and he hasn’t refunded the £612 I am owed. I absolutely would not recommend the Wollaton branch of Kutchenhaus as communication is non-existent, they ignore you and refuse to correct their mistakes. Brett’s reply to my TrustPilot review was “We apologise for the clear lack of customer service provided in this instance. It is important to us as a business to provide a GREAT customer journey for all of our clients” From beginning to end, this has NOT been a great customer journey. I wouldn’t recommend or use Kutchenhaus again. It is not a luxury kitchen as advertised, nor is their customer service. Brett told me he would give a bottle of wine or a meal voucher to make up for the distress! He has also left himself a 5* Google review for his own company, which is very disingenuous. If you look at the TrustPilot reviews for Kutchenhaus, there are many other 1* negative reviews for them and you can see my full review there.

   After looking for a kitchen for several weeks & getting quotes ftom the usual local suppliers I called into kutchenhaus mansfield. I didnt expect it to come within budget but Brett worked with me to achieve my dream kitchen & utility. Once the design was agreed, the process was simple & efficient with delivery on time. Their recommended fitters Lee & Brian did a first class job, nothing was too much trouble & have helped in other areas of my renovation project. Would highly recommend that if youre looking for a kitchen to pop in to see Brett.

   We recently visited Kutchenhaus Nottingham & Mansfield. Initially we spoke to Keely over the phone then met the owner Brett in the showroom. As we were between both stores it was really beneficial for us to see the ranges they had to offer in different layouts. We had visited a couple of other retailers & we were immediately impressed with Brett’s knowledge & attention to detail. He has lots of experience which we duly relied upon to make the most of our space & decide on the correct colours for our new kitchen! He showed us some completed installations they had done on photo’s & video which really helped us when it came to the design. We have now placed our order with them & look forward to our new project being installed in October! Great service & team.

   We had our dream kitchen designed by Brett at Kutchenhaus Mansfield, with installation by Brian. We felt completely at ease from the very first meeting with Brett with his friendly manner, attention to detail and product knowledge being second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and Brett was extremely patient as we asked for various design and specification changes to get exactly what we wanted within our budget. We never felt under any pressure or obligation to proceed with the purchase after the design process but we knew very quickly that we didn't want to look elsewhere, after an excellent experience throughout. The standard of work and finishing on the installation by Brian was equally superb. We would highly recommend Kutchenhaus Mansfield if you are considering a new kitchen.

   We decided to use Kutchenhaus in Mansfield after meeting Brett for the first time. The service and show room experience was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and Brett was very knowledgeable and really helpful. Our fitter Lee, who fits for Kutchenhaus, was also absolutely brilliant. We had a slight issue with the electrics and boiler but these were dealt with quickly and lee went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend both Brett and Lee, we’re absolutely delighted with our new kitchen.

   We are really happy with our Kutchenhaus kitchen. The overall experience from design to delivery was a positive one. Brett was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond answering our many questions, advising us and adjusting our design prior to ordering. Brett came up with a number of design solutions to get around awkward areas which helped to make the kitchen flow seamlessly. Any issues we had were resolved and Brett kept us well informed throughout the process regarding delivery dates, etc. The choice and quality of products is excellent with competitive prices against other well known retailers. We have a fabulous kitchen and would highly recommend Kutchenhaus Mansfield!

   We purchased a kitchen from Brett at kutchen haus at mansfield and from start to finish we were very pleased with the way the whole project was done. We had a wall knocked out so we could have a larger kitchen and Brett organised it all so our dream kitchen became a reality and it was all done while we were on our holidays. We were shown pictures of the progress whilst we were on our sunbeds. Great work performed by all that were involved. We would highly recommend using this kutchen haus at mansfield branch.

   Brett is one of the most professional and conscientious people I have ever done business with. The attention to detail and can-do attitude was second to none. If you are serious about your kitchen and want it to be done without a minefield of snags, then I recommend him. If there were problems, Brett proposed solutions to solve them where others may have moaned and blamed someone else. We had a rocky road building the room to hold the kitchen but the one stable, reliable part of our project, was the design and installation of the kitchen cabinets, all managed efficiently and seamlessly by Brett.

   We are delighted with our new kitchen from Kutchenhaus Mansfield. Our old kitchen had been chosen and installed in the house by the builders prior to us purchasing and wasn't ideal for our needs. We visited several suppliers, but found none were able to fulfill our requirements due to a limited choice and options for bespoke storage... then we discovered Kutchenhaus! Brett was extremely helpful and designed the kitchen to suit our relatively small kitchen space, providing all of our appliances and storage needs at a competitive price. The kitchen units and appliances arrived in advance of the install on the agreed date. The fitters couldn't have been more accommodating, installing the kitchen units and appliances etc to a very high standard. The quality of the kitchen exceeds our expectations and we are sure that it will serve us for many years to come. Thanks again to Brett and the Team.
