The staff were so lovely and helpful, especially Stacey! I was looking to buy my first casserole dish. Nothing was too difficult for the staff, they got lots of options out for me and talked me through the choices. The staff found a dish in the additional stock they thought I would like and I purchased this one.

Fantastic choice and helpful staff. We quickly got the bowls we wanted and despite showing interest in some other pieces, no hard sell was made. We've been many times and will be back. The difference between these goods and those from the non-outlet shop is practically nothing.
The whole time I was in the store the two women were gossiping , so much so they didn't stop for breath. I wanted to ask them to check stock of a giant Volcano Capuccino cup but felt uncomfortable asking as they were being so ignorant. 19.00 21 04 21.
We went in the shop on Saturday and service was perfect ,but when we got home we noticed that an item was faulty.so I phoned up and they were very nice on the phone and told us to bring the item back ,which we did this morning (Sunday) all was well except for a man who spoke to me in a very discusting manner.this upset my wife.he was trying to imply that we had damaged the item and was making us out to be dishonest !. It won't stop me from going in to the shop. But I will find a way of taking this further as he should not be allowed to speak to people way he did ........I'm not having it !
