It's not often I leave a one star review. I would only advice giving you furniture to British Heart Foundation as a last resort. Not only did they not amend the booking to add the extra items I mentioned, they did not even take the items I asked them to take using silly reasons like the wardrobe with bolts and screws in would just fall apart. Honestly, think they just could not be bothered to pick up the wardrobe so was making excuses for it. They didn't even take the backup wardrobe and refused to take any clothes or books as well. Personally, I will never use them again. Better companies out there that would be more appreciative of the charity.

What a lovely shop and lovely delivery men. After a horrible experience with another charity shop and being left without a sofa my mum recommended this one to me and the sofa is perfect, the delivery men were extremely polite and I’ll be coming here again.

I arranged for a fridge freezer to be collected. I was asked if it was in working order and replied yes as it is. I waited in for the van to arrive. Upon arrival the driver opened the door and ran his finger down the door seal and announced they wouldn’t take it because of a small split in the rubber . It actually took 10 seconds from walking through the door to failing the collection. Why on earth wasn’t I asked about the seals on the door in the shop? A simple question that takes a second to ask. But no, I had to wait in until 2.30. A waste of my time and a waste of time and money for the 2 van collection staff. The question about door seals needs asking in future if it is so important

Absolutely disgusted and heartbroken to discover not only did M&W setup damage a £500 wardrobe now Ive just moved my lounge around from being ill from January to be shocked beyond belief that they had also only damaged my £1800 new sofa split at the botyom edge id had a couple of months before they moved me. AND a £600 dining room table base they,d put on the ground and scrapped on concrete. The wardrobe was one thing, the fact Craig you,d damaged two new pieces Id bought to my new house is dreadful. Its made me ill seeing what you,d done and you charged ME more! Your no removal company. Id stick to the Charity Shop at Alfreton you work at.Thankyou so much!!! Did you have insurance???!! I hope you dont move anybody else again. But my fault for using you in the first place.Steve at Ribers would have been used but booked up as he,s a Professional!!! THANKYOU CRAIG.
