Exceptional service. I was trying to get an emergency prescription for my Mum when the GP phone lines weren't working. I was advised to use 111, they issued the prescription, retained the delivery driver and made an individual delivery and kept me informed. They also managed my panic. Thank you so much Rowlands' staff: you went above and beyond your responsibilities.

Very professional service. Way more helpful than the GP and I could actually see a doctor. Why I pay tax towards the NHS absolutely baffles me.
