   I've used this pharmacy for the last few years and always had great service. The staff have always been helpful when little issues happen and provided explanations when things have gone wrong. I can't quite believe some of the negative reviews on here - show a little patience, life's busy and too short to get bent out shape over a little time spent in the chemist.

   Used this pharmacy for the last 10 years and have always ordered my repeats 2-3 working days in advance. Never had a single issue till the last 6-12 months. Even after ordering them and collecting them days later I am having to wait nearly an hour for them. There is ALWAYS an issue, every single time. Even when I’ve said I’ll just come back the next day, they STILL haven’t done them and I end up sat waiting again. Quite often when I'm sorting my meds out I notice they’ve counted them wrong and usually have more. There are some staff members that are hard of hearing so you have to shout your name and medication several times meaning everyone’s staring at you which is embarrassing, then they disappear saying they can’t find your meds. The place seriously needs a shake up, they are literally winging it. I’ve been told they’ve taken on another local pharmacy’s patients and that’s why the service has deteriorated, perhaps don’t take on more than you can handle? The owners (or the ones that run it) are very polite nice people but never, ever apologise for their mistakes.

   Over the last 6 months the service which was usually good has gone down rapidly Long que everyt time you go in and usually they can't find your prescription and tell you to come back only to find they still can't find it When finally a couple of trips later they give it to you with a date it was made up 3 days earlier It's no wonder they can't find anything there are crates all over the floor every time I went in since changed to a more professional pharmacy

   Me and my husband have been with this chemist since it opened the service has always been good until today. I went to collect a prescription and asked for some drugs that they owed me. It was busy but I was served, the member of staff went away. I had been stood there for about 10 minutes, I was asked if I’d been served again because I had been stood awhile. I just said that actually I’d forgotten who had served me therefore she said I’ll have a look. At this point a member of staff popped her head round where the perfume is and very in appropriately said we are looking for it. Everyone in the queue looked as surprised as I was so I said how rude that was. The staff member had my owing , I said that the staff member was very rude, but she said she wasn’t and that we are busy , and she said well you can go to another chemist if you want. With that I still had to ask her if the prescription was being processed, she said yes they were doing it. When they called me it was a different staff member but she was stood next to her. I think she is a technician I said to her that she had spoken to me inappropriately but she said I was inappropriate saying I forgot who was serving me. This was very offensive as I had a TIA And my memory was very poor. The staff member doesn’t know what my health is and assuming isn’t good enough. I work in the profession myself, so I do know how stressful it can be, but in 20 Years I have never spoken to a customer like that. She has spoken to me like this before but I let that go. I feel sorry for the rest of the staff because this will fall back on all of them. Well done to other staff for doing a great job

   I received excellent service from the time's I've been to this pharmacy for both medical advice and to collect proscriptions always finding a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, and the way the staff dealt with my personal situation professionally and I felt at ease to speak openly and the whole time never felt like I was being judged by the staff which from the years I've delt with my medical situation have never felt so at ease to ask advice on embarrassing medical issues. Rarely will you find a pharmacy of this high standard 5 star's A special mention to Armo has I alway manage to leave with a smile when served by you

   Best pharmacy in woodhouse, they go above and beyond! Friendly, professional staff who are highly trained in pharmacy services. Pharmacy workers do not get enough praise, especially over the last 3 years when they continuously worked throughout the pandemic. I will not take my prescription anywhere else. 10/10

   Very poor service. As a previous review states I would advise anyone to check their prescription before leaving. They took ages to find my prescription when they did finally find it I arrived home to find one box missing. Telephoned back the same afternoon to say one is missing to be asked am I sure. Eventually agreed to put another box aside for me to collect which I called the next day to be told they couldn’t find it and could I come back Monday. Fuming! Staff clearly don’t know what they are doing.
