   Staff are disgustingly rude. They refused on numerous times to supply me with tablets because "they are too expensive". I didn't choose to be on these tablets following kidney disease and cancer but somehow its ok to refuse service because its an expense to them. Shocking.

   Twice recently I have been to this pharmacy and been met by rude staff that are completely unwilling to help. The first time I needed insulin and was told they didn't have it in stock. I asked if they could order it in for me and was told no, you are better off going to Boots. Today I went in having placed an order 5 days ago. Was told it was not ready as they were running 5 days behind. I asked if they could do it whilst I went shopping. Was told no. When I asked what I was supposed to do then as I was out of several life saving drugs I needed, the lady snapped at me "fine but it will take 40 minutes". The rudeness on both occasions was totally uncalled for. I'm not sure why anyone would choose to work in health care if they do not care about the health or wellbeing of their patients and cannot be kind to people they are supposed to help. They need some serious training in this pharmacy on compassion and customer care

   Would give this pharmacy zero if I could. The staff are ignorant when you are waiting they just ignore you, ask if you've received a text that never comes to your phone. Prescription Is never ready up to 5 days after it has been confirmed by Dr's that it has gone through, when all they need to do is put the box in a paper bag for you. They all seem to stand in the back talking amongst themselves and not serving the customers. Awful place I will be changing to a different pharmacy.

   My wife went here today and was advised and treated, given medication with PROFESSIONALISM, KINDNESS & COMPASSION! His name was Tom an oriental type fellow with a young associate that was also nice: He asked all the necessary questions to allow him to do his job and my wife was VERY GRATEFUL of his abilities and the manner he used. "I realise this contradicts the negative reviews that are immediately apparent as you open Google AND HOPE this wonderful experience dilutes them!" I suggest most negative reviews may come from people already frustrated and impatient with whatever condition gives them problems- "I say this because I have been that frustrated and impatient person" I also realise we are all human and sometimes we do actually encounter rudeness. End of the day- my wife just had a 10 star experience from TOM.

   Went to the pharmacy asking for anything for travel/motion sickness. Was not helpful just kept saying no no no to every question. The stock levels arnt great. Wouldn't reccomend if your wanting an helpful pharmacist.

   Came hear to get some dissolvable co-codamol, explaining what it was for. I then got told no, and I was to go see my GP next week. Tge ladybbehund the counter didn't seem interested one bit. Brought this product numerous times before from here so couldn't see what the issue was. So left my shopping and went to Sainsbury's. Explained what they was for and there staff was happy to help.

   I’ve always found the pharmacists and the assistants to be very helpful and kind. They have done a fantastic job during the lockdown and have been there all the time to answer questions and dispense medication.

   I came in today and asked for a cold sore cream, the pharmacist pointed at thrush tablets and creams. I said "no, cold sore cream... for lips and nose and stuff." She had to go ask the other guy. How can someone work in a pharmacy and not know what a cold sore is??
