“This is a very busy but great pharmacy. The pharmacists are lovely, friendly and helpful. The assistants (apart from one - who unfortunately is always brusque and a tad rude/unhelpful) are also approachable, helpful and patient. They always make an effort to get prescriptions completed quickly. The pharmacist often telephones to see how i’m getting along approx a week or so later, if I’ve been prescribed a new medication.”

“I would really like to recommend Chapel House Vets in Staveley to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional vet practice. On our recent visit, we were greeted by lovely reception staff and again by a welcoming vet who introduced herself, called our dog by her named and listened carefully to the reason for our visit before carrying out a comprehensive examination and coming up with a diagnosis and treatment plan. Cannot fault these guys, give them a try.”

“I don't understand why their star rating is still so average. I know the service used to be terrible. However, since the new people took charge, their service, attitude and empathy are first rate. The girls that work there are so friendly and I have to mention Sam. He has done so much for me helping get heavy items to my car and doing his very best to make sure my medicine is ready on time. “Open 6pm to 8am as emergency out of hours. Grateful to receive such quick service when we needed it for a cat with a glass cut. Was seen within 10 mins. Vet nurse dealt with him so they waived the vet consultancy fee which was good. If your vet is a partner practice all the notes etc get sent over which is great.”

“The guy with the glasses who I think is the pharmacist? Is by far the kindest most understanding person I've come across in this profession! I'm on quite high doses of pain meds due to being on them since I was 11 when i was diagnosed with this awful disease, (now 39) meaning I'm extremely tolerant to normal doses, pain clinic just put them up which has helped massively however chemist's after that did nothing but judge me making me feel very uncomfortable. It's not nice when you are living your life in hospitals having major surgeries constantly and your mental health is in the toilet, so to get someone who is genuine is amazing. Must admit a few there aren't like that but can't have it all I guess. To the pharmacist though, never change and thank you!”

Told to come on Saturday morning, went down on Saturday at 11:10am and the shutters are completely down. They process the prescriptions straightaway and either text or ring me to check my availability, delivering to me on the following day. Therefore I get my prescriptions within 24 hours of ordering. Fantastic service, a life saver, whilst I am pretty much housebound.”

Rang the Pharmacy there to see if they were able to help me and were very helpful and said to go down to see them. Visited Wheat bridge Pharmacy. Was seen in Hub by lovely gentleman who asked relevent medical questions of my symptoms. Was able to get relevent medication to treat my condition. Very professional.
