Visited to get an emergency prescription. The staff could not be more helpful and knowledgeable. Sorted it out for us quickly.
Despite calling almost a week in advance to confirm stock of flu vaccines and the time and date of the clinic, having a doctor's note stating I am eligible for the flu vaccine, and turning up to the clinic on time, I was turned away due to "shortages" and that I'm not over 50. Was told to call next week to check whether the vaccines were in stock, and when I explained that was exactly what I had done and asked whether I would once again be turned away, received a shrug in response.
Such nice friendly place
After a 10 minute wait of being invisible I had to leave, as my car park ticket was due. Not for the 1st time has the service (or lack of) been absolutely abysmal. They're that bad, they make Boots pharmacy look professional. Will avoid in future, suggest others do the same if you value your time and sanity more than these jokers. Worth zero stars but they gain 1 by default.
Peak pharmacy is an example of an over monopolised service. Never have stock in and always look at you cluelessly when you request your prescription....terrible service, no training. My partner is dependant on heart medication and every month is terrified that she can't get it... Just today on the second visit I got told that only half of my prescription is in, after promising it for today on Friday. Even then it was like watching chickens run round a garden.....
