“I don't understand why their star rating is still so average. I know the service used to be terrible. However, since the new people took charge, their service, attitude and empathy are first rate. The girls that work there are so friendly and I have to mention Sam. He has done so much for me helping get heavy items to my car and doing his very best to make sure my medicine is ready on time. I'm moving out of Brimington in the next few months but I will still use this Pharmacy if it's at all feasible to do so. Thank you everyone”

“Called yesterday to enquire if family member could pick up prescription only to be told by the man on the phone don't bother coming today we aren't open now at around 1-2pm on a Friday. Told to come on Saturday morning, went down on Saturday at 11:10am and the shutters are completely down. Edit: My review has been updated as the practice manager has since taken steps to address the incident and resolved this with me. Thank you very much for your excellent customer service.”

Rang the Pharmacy there to see if they were able to help me and were very helpful and said to go down to see them. Visited Wheat bridge Pharmacy. Was seen in Hub by lovely gentleman who asked relevent medical questions of my symptoms. Was able to get relevent medication to treat my condition. Very professional. This saved an appointment with the doctor and was appreciative to Wheatbridge pharmacy staff for all there help . Thankyou.”
