“Was treated by pharmacist Chris Diamond for an insect bite on my forehead that had become very swollen and inflamed. I was heading abroad on holiday on same day. His knowledge and expertise were first class . He went above and beyond to diagnose and prescribe medication to safeguard the condition worsening while I was away, also offering excellent advice on what to watch for and seek further medical attention while out the country. Excellent service. Thank you”

“I had only just bought an item when I realised it had passed the expiry date. There were no in-date items of the same type so I was offered two smaller items of the same type or a refund which I took. Joanna refunded me as well as giving me one of the smaller items as compensation. I was impressed with the level of customer care on this occasion just as I had been a previous time when the pharmacist seemed to go out of her way to help me with the issue of providing me with a receipt for the flu jag I had booked online so that I could get a refund from my employer. She had to make a phone call but nothing was too much trouble for her. I'm not quite old enough to remember the 'golden days' of customer service although I am aware of them. I feel that it still exists in this branch of Boots from what I have seen, even if not in many other places.”
