   Cannot praise the staff member (who took my call) enough. She was so helpful and kind when I was overwhelmed and needed an emergency supply of medication for a family member. She reacted to a phone call that I was dreading in a practical and sympathetic manner. Over and above. Thank you, for giving me peace of mind.

   Leaving customers over 1 week with no medication, when I contacted them I was told rudely they where short staffed and had a queue out the door, was told I'd receive a text later that day to collect it, no text was recieved. I go down the next morning they have plently of staff and shop isn't busy and my prescription after over one week was still not made up. Extremely poor customer service skills and a lack of care for people who need daily medication, have been left on the verge of having a seizure all week and not even a apology from them, definitely would not recommend using this chemist with it's poor quality of service.

   Quite poor customer experience I had today. Not helpful at all (one of the cashiers was) but the lady who seemed of a higher role cut the lady short, who was already doing a good job helping me out..

   Always helpful and patient staff although the shop is always very busy and you occasionally have to join a little queue. They also have the Express till if you have received a text alert that your prescription is ready.
