Baby boy was not behaving and was all curled up, they were so amazing with me giving advice on how to get him moving, she even sang songs and danced with me to get him moving. After lots of patience and perseverance from the sonographer we managed to get the most amazing photos. Thank you so much!!!”

“I have been a patient at Hamilton Foot Clinic For approx 7 years and would recommend them to anyone who has problems with their feet. 2 weeks ago I attended for my normal treatment and Natalie recognised that I had an issue with my foot due to plantar fasciitis. Once my routine treatment was completed, she suggested that we try laser treatment, and immediately I felt a lessening of pain. Over the next 2 weeks I had intensive laser treatment and I am now totally pain free. I cannot thank Natalie enough for this treatment, as anyone who has had plantar fasciitis will veryfy that it is very painful. I would also like to thank Jo and Faith who carried out the treatment whilst Natalie was at the Strathaven clinic. I have no hesitation in recommending Natalie and her staff as they are all professional, friendly and approachable. Reception staff (Kim and Lou) are very welcoming when you arrive at the clinic. All-in-all they are a great team.”

“I would like to say a massive thank you to Frances, who is a veterinary surgeon at Vets for Pets Hamilton. My dog was diagnosed with swelling in his mouth and had to undergo an X-ray to find the root cause. As many of you probably know, our pets are our babies, and when they’re unwell, we need that extra bit of comfort, empathy, and compassion. At my follow-up appointment, Frances went above and beyond. She made me feel at ease and showed genuine empathy and compassion toward both me and my dog. She is one of the best vets in Scotland, and it’s clear she truly cares about the animals in her care. “Kids go for swimming lessons here, Teachers are really good and patience, one of my kids in group class and they show her progress weekly on private portal so she can see where she is. My son has private lessons hes ASN and Callum his teacher is very good with him and keeps trying to find new ways to teach him and keep him focused, overall would definitely recommend for kids swim lessons”

“Burnbank Medical centre, not sure if many people know this, it more classier than other medical centres. We have more Doctor's and a nurse room. The reception are very helpful in all our needs, if, when who and times. There is a computer on the wall you type your date of birth when you come in for your appointment, just confirmed your name and take a seat, then sit down and your name will come up on the wall TV and hear it too. Nice nice nice. I came for my appointment 30 mins before I was due to see the nurse. I was in and out before my appointment time. How cool is that. Nice one.”

“Great and hard working team; seems to me they’re doing everything they can. I’ve always been met with a polite, professional and friendly service on front desk; any doctors or staff I’ve needed have been incredibly helpful and I felt prioritised within the time allocated to me. I think some people need to understand how busy these teams are and usually dealing with people with illness..people when they’re ill don’t often come across as the friendliest and usually feel a bit low versus normal..show patience and politeness and you’ll get it returned in spades.”

“I had suffered from long term chronic back pain for around 10 years, since I was a teenager. I had tried a number of different physios/osteopaths/chiropractors over the years and had no such luck in getting any real long term relief or progress. However, after using David’s services and guidance I have for the first time, in a long time, been able to make the progress I was looking for. I had played junior football in my early 20s and had to hang up my boots through my injury. This year I was able to complete a full season of amateur football with only missing a handful of games through injury thanks to David’s help and programs that he designed specifically around my needs. I can’t recommend him enough to anyone who has suffered anything remotely similar. A real 5 star service ⭐️”

“My 5yo son has been enjoying coming to Taekwondo . The owners are professional, kind and very knowledgeable with really good customer service skills. The coaches/trainers are really good with kids, they make the class fun for the kids, my son always looking forward to go. All staff possess amazing verbal skills to engage kids in the exercises, they have patience and take their time with kids. Mrs McGowan was very supportive and kind when my son was scared to start Taekwondo and helped my son overcome his fears. There is a waiting room for parents to watch their kids on tv, plenty of seats, changing room and toilets. The kids receive a booklet to track their taekwondo progress, it’s tailored for their age and filling it out and learning from it with my son is exciting. I found that there are plenty of classes running so parents can manage to take the kids along whenever suits. There are adult’s taekwondo and fitness classes too, which I may explore in the near future. Parking is ample and easy to get to.”

“I have been attending sessions with Paddy since early January, following a RTC last year which left me with multiple orthopaedic injuries. Having had no physiotherapy from statutory services, I felt my recovery looked bleak. In the short time I've been working with Paddy, I cannot believe the difference - for the first time I can see some what of a "normal" life in the near future. I am now walking confidently with crutches and building up the strength to walk unaided entirely. Prior to these sessions I was predominantly using a wheelchair! It is so wholesome to be able to engage in some activities with my children again. He has exceptional knowledge and works with such patience and compassion. He is holistic in his approach and looks beyond the physical components and offers genuine advice and support. I will be attending sessions for some time yet and I am excited to see further progress. “I visited the practice on Tuesday 11-11-25 . 1 was so nervous I could hear my heart pounding , I must put a good word in for Dr Philip Redfern he has the patients of a saint he seems to calm me down I’m so scared I could stop going to the dentist . Plus I need to say a big thank you to the best hygienist Mary Balmer who also has the patients off a saint if it wasn’t for Mary I wouldn’t be able to keep going .
