   The ladies at the front desk are useless. I needed medicine. The doctor prescribed a medicine that was not available in the pharmacy. I went back to the clinic asking for a prescription for an alternative medicine. It took the 5 days to get the prescription and they sent me to a pharmacy which also did not have this drug. The pharmacy just ordered this medicine and on the sixth day I got the medicine. Being sick, waiting a week for a medicine is not acceptable.

   Doctors is terrible now. Been with them since was born. Phone every morning for the last 2 weeks now 3rd to be told when eventually get threw no appointments left . Even calling before 8 for it to go threw saying number 50 in que .

   Sad to say let down badly in reltion to my husbands failing health and support he needed. However, today spoke with a very helpfull and supportive receptionist,could kick myself for not getting her name. She will know if she reads this. She listned and arranged for an emergency appt for him. This is one receptionist that does not require people skills training.

   The doctors say they will phone you back to discuss medication and they don't bother. The reception staff have always been unhelpful when it comes to trying to solve a problem. They don't care about mental health whatsoever. Didn't give prescription to pharmacy to collect and only found out when my regular pharmacy didn't have it. Different rules for different patients. My husband got all the help he needed but they refused to help me. Oh and I've had test results interpreted wrong so what I initially thought wasn't an issue actually was.

   Last year we moved from our long standing surgery in Hamilton and we were unsure what to expect. Our only regret is that we did not move to this surgery years ago. All communication with reception staff, whether in person or by telephone was been both helpful and professional. Any query we have is dealt with promptly and with understanding. The entire team, nursing staff, receptionist staff and doctors are all first class. We would like to extend our thanks and appreciation for all they are doing during these extremely difficult times.

   The dr are brilliant and very professional especially Dr tobyn who goes above and beyond to help you I’ve never met a dr like him . The only thing that brings the surgery down if the reception staff someone need to teach them manners and that there talking to humans who are in great pain whether that is physically or mentally or emotionally . So if they could just learn to talk nice to the patients and reassure them that would greatly help instead of acting like judge juror and executioner as well as making us feel worthless

   Burnbank Medical centre, not sure if many people know this, it more classier than other medical centres. We have more Doctor's and a nurse room. The reception are very helpful in all our needs, if, when who and times. There is a computer on the wall you type your date of birth when you come in for your appointment, just confirmed your name and take a seat, then sit down and your name will come up on the wall TV and hear it too. Nice nice nice. I came for my appointment 30 mins before I was due to see the nurse. I was in and out before my appointment time. How cool is that. Nice one.

   There has been numerous times I have ordered a prescription with themselves and they have either; not processed it correctly, or processed it at all. They have always taken contact details and yet have never actually contacted myself to say there has been an issue until I have gone to collect it or queried it myself. As far as I am concerned, when it comes to medication to help me live, the least they could do is make sure they don't actually make an mess of it.
