Went to the swimming with my 4 year old and they were running lessons when we arrived so we had to use the deep end which wasn’t a problem then when the lessons finished we moved to the shallow end and I went to take him back to the deep end and I wasn’t owed cause he couldn’t swim ? But it was ok 20 mins earlier because it suited them. Also adults not allowed on the pirate ship is ridiculous my boy didn’t want to go without me so he missed out and no reason given I was just told no adults, won’t be back and 20p for car parking is absolutely pointless just make it free !!

Kids go for swimming lessons here, Teachers are really good and patience, one of my kids in group class and they show her progress weekly on private portal so she can see where she is. My son has private lessons hes ASN and Callum his teacher is very good with him and keeps trying to find new ways to teach him and keep him focused, overall would definitely recommend for kids swim lessons

Friendly staff and decent facilities. Only hiccup is that the pool was shut from 6 til 7 and we had to wait. The kiddie pool is open until 6pm weekdays and 4pm saturday and 3pm Sunday.

I went with my kids and wife today told by receptionist that slides are shut and the other pool also is shut and have been for a while not some much as a palace more of a let down. main pool is freezing and pirate ship is only for up to 8 year olds and is tiny and full of adults getting a heat. Wouldn't recommend

A solid 3 stars because I go there a lot despite the fact that I don't feel it's particularly sanitary. Since covid hit their second (heated) pool has been closed. There's been a few times that staff cleaning the floors will be standing talking while the floor is absolutely soaking. I would like them to add more non slip mats all the way through the halls and more around the pools edge. There aren't enough. Staff members at the tills have always been pleasant enough although seem wary of customers.

One of the few water parks in Scotland. Many water attractions are missing. The outdoor pool closed, a bit of a shame. Dryer at the pool pay 1 £. Filters in the dryer dirty and clogged, the air almost does not blow.
