“This vet practice have a wonderful caring attitude. They will help any way they can. Their lift was out and I struggled with my dog and the stairs on the way up. On seeing my dirtressed dog, the girls behind the counter carried my dog back down for me. We're not talking about a small dog here Mr bojangles is a 21 kilo Staffordshire bull terrier with a back injury. They were so kind to him.”

During my visit, I had already spoken with a couple of team members and through no fault of their own, I still hadn’t been able to find the specialist products I needed and that i didn't even know that i needed. I was just about ready to leave the store thinking the trip might have been pointless. Then I met Marry. Marry immediately stopped what she was doing and gave me her full, undivided attention. Her excellent product knowledge, understanding of product placement and her natural desire to help customers meant she knew exactly what I was looking for and where to find it. Thanks entirely to her, I left the store with everything I needed, something that simply wouldn’t have happened without her assistance. Marry is a special person and a genuinely valuable member of staff. Her warm, professional manner and dedication turned my whole experience around. I also spoke with Martin, one of the on-duty managers, who was equally fantastic. Martin saw exactly where i was coming from and he had an Immediate appreciation for Mary's customer service contribution.
