   Easy to find what you are looking for.A great selection of stock. But suffers from a permanent shortage of staff. So you almost always end up in a queue waiting to be served.

   Pharmacy repeatedly fail to notify when prescription is ready, seem to be disorganised (left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing) with a couldn't care less and dismissive attitude.

   Nice people but there are just too few of them to cope with demand. Every time I've been here I've had to wait at least an hour for a prescription to be filled. I went for a flu jab the other day and had to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time.

   Was in looking for something but was empty otherwise. Felt security guard was right behind my shoulder whilst I was looking on shelves although discreetly... staff were sparse. Had to look for somebody to serve me at till. In end had to go to the beauty consultant area to be assisted. Really big store well stocked.
