Never again will I use this store to do a click and collect. Absolutely shocking attitude from the dark haired woman who eventually but grudgingly handed over my order. She needs to be told not to try and grab a customers phone or even touch it without permission. Staff seem to think they’re at a social event and not work - one of them ‘dancing’ about the back waving her iPhone around. Stunned at the lack of professionalism and all round bad attitudes. I will be forwarding this to Boots head office.
