During my visit, I had already spoken with a couple of team members and through no fault of their own, I still hadn’t been able to find the specialist products I needed and that i didn't even know that i needed. I was just about ready to leave the store thinking the trip might have been pointless. Then I met Marry. Marry immediately stopped what she was doing and gave me her full, undivided attention.
