I have been a good customer with this company. And when i was short in my wages in November asked if it was ok to not pay that month and restart in December when wages were back to normal. Was told yes i was ahead in paying my loan. So when 2 weeks passed and i was then receiving emails and mgs about being late. I was taken back. I called and asked why this is happening to be told something wasn't ticked on their end. Very upsetting as i have never missed any payments with them. And the 1 month i ask to get some help they bugger it up and then pester you.
Got told by Craig that was getting the loan to come in to office and sign paperwork for to get a different person Ross asking the same questions which I had all ready answered for Ross to turn round and told me I was not getting the loan so that was a waste of my time having took extra hours of work and using petrol money for to get told not getting the loan absolutely a disgrace

DO NOT GET A LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY! Staff are all friendly when taking a loan out but after that it’s a completely different story. Staff member ‘Gary’ from Hamilton branch was one of the rudest most unpleasant people I’ve ever dealt with on the phone and reduced me to tears after a phone call. This company interest rates are disgusting, and they do not stop phoning, emailing even texting and leaving voicemails on a daily basis. Absolute robbery number one way to go for extra debt and extra stress to be added to people’s life’s in this already hard time. STAY AWAY!!! I wanted to give zero stars but it wouldn’t let me.
Excellent service and staff. Initially thought it was another payday loan company but with an email and three follow up phone calls proved otherwise. Would recommend to anyone
