   Mark helped my partner and I with the process of buying our first home. Mark has been amazing throughout the process and has always gone above and beyond. He was always at the other end of the phone even outwith standard working hours and also kept his office open late some nights to go through our mortgage offer etc with us when we were working during the day.    I approached Mark with a complex and difficult situation, but he willingly took it on and expertly guided us through the whole long process. His specialist knowledge and expertise was invaluable and throughout Mark was very professional but with a friendly manner which made the whole process easier. Due to our situation it took a long time to complete, but Mark was excellent at communicating with us, and constantly keeping in touch to update or check on progress, which was all very reassuring.    Some friends recommended Mark as they had a very positive experience with him. As first-time buyers we were unsure what we had to do. From the first conversation, Mark was clear on what he needed from us to progress finding a mortgage for us. Mark was able to secure us an offer but unfortunately, due to the ‘mini-budget’ announcement in September, we had just over 24 hours to put our application in. Mark worked non-stop (during a bank holiday) to ensure our application was ready and submitted by the deadline. By the end of that week, we had our application accepted. Mark was proactive during the full process and a very pleasant guy to deal with. I would highly recommend Mark as a first-time buyer!
