This is our first time booking a holiday with TUI. The staff at the Hamilton office have been fantastic especially Donna and Craig. Craig helped me how to do all the online booking details. Downloading the app, Passports, and checking our outbound and inbound Information. Looking forward to our holiday on Saturday 25th October, and we will definately recommend TUI to our friends and family
We went today to book our holiday for next year. When entering the shop we were greeted with a beautiful smiley face and right away i felt at ease! Nothing was too much trouble for Jean the travel agent dealing with us!! Holiday all booked and we have a very excited wee girl!!! Thankyou so much for all your help!!!

Can’t thank Christine and Craig enough. Had to rush down, last minute, in order to get the holiday we had found booked before rooms ran out. They closed at half 5 and stayed past their finishing time to get the booking through. Very helpful and friendly. Would definitely book with them again.
Visited the Hamilton store this morning hoping to book a holiday for myself and 5 friends. I was very well looked after by a young lady called Bailey who is a fairly new recruit to the business and was amazed at how knowledgeable she was. I had already priced the holiday online and was delighted that Bailey could match the online price. Well done Bailey hope to see you again soon.
We went into TUI Hamilton as we were wanting to book our wedding in Cyprus. We spoke with Christine and honestly she made the whole experience so easy and her customer service was amazing! We came back to her a few months later to book and she remembered every detail we wanted, we were so impressed :)! And she was genuinely interested and excited for us which was really refreshing. Definitely will be back to her to book our honeymoon, she's a star!
Visited the Hamilton branch today (19th Dec 2022) as my flight had been cancelled for next years holiday to Mexico. I would like to massively thank both Bailey and Roseanne for sorting this out for me, they were absolutely fantastic, taking the time to make calls and talking me through the next steps to ensure I got what I was after, all with a smile!!
