   Was looking to be quoted for car insurance for 3 cars. Was passed to a man who took offence once i explained was not willing to offer e-mail address he said it was (for policy details and other info) i explained would provide this if policies where taken out with them as the e-mail address is getting enough spam as it is. So continued with taking all my info once all this was concluded i explained i would need to be contacted back before 12. At this point he stops me to say (he is good but not that good) as it was 11:48. However after cutting myself off in mid sentence i explained was looking to take it out on Monday before 12 not fri before 12. At this point he stated i can e-mail you so how can i contact you. At this point i hung up the call as had provided my details to 4 other insurance brokers that day without this arrogance. So looked up company on LinkedIn owner Michael Hamilton. So called be only to get the same guy who wouldn't provide his name even though i had provided all mine who again had a very abrasive manner. He went on to confirm Michael was sitting beside him. So requested to speak to him and it did seem as though he asked Michael to take call however he declined that. So in sort stay away not interested in new customers or treating them fairly and an owner not interested with how potential customers are being treated at f.p.o.c and there interactions with his staff
