   I wish there was an option of no stars here. My experience here was absolutely deplorable. While out with our family on a trip to the clyde retail park, our son desperately needed a toilet. He is four years old. We tried our hardest to get there in time with no avail. My husband came across this location and pleaded with the staff for our son to use their toilet. Apparently, it is against their security policy to let the public use the restroom. We got just outside the door and he had an accident. He was in tears in the car, upset with himself, that he couldn't make it in time. I walked back into the business obviously upset and asked for their security policy, which would surely show how they were right. I waited for the information and was told they could not produce the policy as requested. After saying my piece, which included how disappointed I was in the staff as human beings that they would let a young boy soil himself in public rather than being decent people. I was asked to leave when I asked for the head of the company's contact information. I was asked to leave again. Otherwise, they would be forced to call the police. I waited outside patiently for the information to be supplied, at which time I was handed a blank sheet of paper. Please, if for any reason you feel like this business is a good option for your own personal finance, just know that these people are as low as you could go morally.
