   We used Lisa to arrange our mortgage for our new house. This is my third property but it was a first time purchase for my Partner. Lisa was fantastic at explaining the process to him and answering any questions. Two days before we were due to move we had negotiated a price decrease and our solicitor told us it could possibly mean we wouldn't make our moving date as Halifax would need to reapprove our mortgage. My Partner called Lisa to explain the situation and she used all her contacts at Halifax to expedite the process. By the end of the day we had our new offer approved and the fund turned up to our solicitor's bank account the next day ready for moving day. She kept in communication with our solicitor who mentioned he'd never seen an issue like ours resolved so efficiently, and we have Lisa to thank for this! Words can't describe how truly grateful we are for Lisa.

   I honestly couldn’t recommend Jen highly enough, she was recommended to me by a friend who told me how fantastic she was.
