Unable to collect parcels due to staff shortages. Store is a danger to folk due to items on floor or blocking lanes. Frequent issues collecting or dropping off parcels. Frequent staff shortages according to anyone who is there. Waste of time to local community Morrisons need to sort this out.
Couldn’t be worse. Hand written signs, cluttered mess and the post office is forever shut.
Supposed to be a Post Office within it. Almost everytime I go to use it, no matter what day or time, the Post Office is closed because of a delivery but they will serve you for Morrisons items. Once I returned twice, each time an hour apart and told it was still shut. I don't use it anymore.
I been twice in day morning and afternoon, post office closed and staff playing phone outside. Post office closed reason: delivery arrived, can’t see anything around. Few times it happened, and I don’t use there. They can charge your another purchase, but not the post office sending letters or return parcels with a ready shipping label on it even.
Worst post office ever. Staff shut the post office to put a delivery away and say they have “technical difficulties”. Avoid at all costs. The place is useless
Supposed to be open 'til 10 PM. 9:30 is not 10PM. I'll have to wait and get toilet paper tomorrow. Until then I just clench then do I?

Visited mcolls Almada st many times to pay gas and electric the P,O counter is a great idea As most P.O shut at 5 pm but the counter is open til 8. I always find the staff helpful haven't had any issues I don't understand the previous comment about illeterate staff I've never had that problem Happy new year to everyone at mcolls ..j.
Illiterate staff, who when fail to carry out a simple task, find it necessary to shout at customers and abuse them on way out of the shop. Avoid the post office as the staff do not listen, they decide for the service for you!!!
Brilliant store with brilliant wee post office section! All the staff were helpful, but, particularly Jake, who was professional and helpful with our parcels. Highly recommended, you can also get a Subway when you're in too!!
