Paula was a massive help, due to a glitch none of our items scanned properly throughout and she was kind enough to rescan everything
In the evenings, place is run like a zoo. Evening staff congregate like a bunch of prepubescent teens at a youth club. Sitting around blocking aisles as opposed to checking the sell by dates on produce which is invariably out of date. Also, sitting on mobile phone while on cashier duty is never a good look. Not a negative on the staff as a whole. There are a couple of members of staff in the evening who do not neglect their duties. However, there appears to be a clandestine clique who do neglect their duties. Can only say they would seeking other employment if they worked for me.
Cracking wee shop. Love going here when I have my kids with me. Well laid out and the staff are great. Wish there was more fruit and veg as always half empty with items missing but can’t fault them beyond that.
Is it really necessary to play loud music while people are shopping? It's a shop not a club. Also, a couple of staff members are not the most helpful. Had someone shrug their shoulders when I asked a simple question. Poor attitude. I've also regularly seen people in £50k+ cars parking in the disabled bays. Obviously too lazy and above everybody else to park in a normal bay. A pity if anyone elderly comes here to shop and can't get parked. Poor.

My grandmother was struggling badly with haemorrhoids so I popped down to the local Tesco. I had no idea where to look so I approached a Bonny wee fellow at the checkout. His name was Scotty. He was so helpful. He told me the previous week he was suffering with exactly the same so he took me straight to aisle 9 and helped me select the correct medication. On the way back to the checkout we got chatting and it turns out he’s a huge well known creator on tiktok and then i realised that was where I knew him from. Scotty is adored by many on tiktok and it was a real privilege to meet him in the flesh even if it was to sort out the flesh on my grandmas backside. My grandma can now rest easy because scotty saved the day.
Was served by a lovely boy called Scott on checkout number 9, he helped my elderly mother Linda with all her shopping and even got her half broken glasses out of her bag for her so she could check the receipt to make sure everything was right. He took great pride in telling her all about his online fame as a TikTok chat host which she loved. What a lovely young lad, and a credit to the disco...sorry Tesco family. We will definotey be back. He even offered to take the trolley back to the store if he got to "keep the quid"
The staff are extremely friendly, polite and helpful. As a former manager of a 2nd hand shop, I'd be proud to work with the staff in this shop...always a smile on their faces! Other supermarkets, shops, even other tescos could take lessons.
Good place they keep it clean and fast moving. The staff ave very fast and are very kind! I personally go here to buy little things. The car park is very big, I have no problem with this and the installation of bike racks is a pleasant surprise!
