I was disappointed that I went to this store for a lottery ticket at 1835 only to be told that they closed the lottery machine at 6pm as the store closed at 7pm. Is this normal practice?

My personal experience from the older woman with the dark hair in this store was very poor. She was rude (shouted at my daughter) and spoke to her in an unprofessional manner. I am disgusted by this and would like yous to take action on this for it was not the only time she has been rude.
Very friendly staff...I go here lots . Always helpful...even offered to help with carrying my bags . Highly recommend I wouldn't go anywhere else
The staff in this Tesco have no training whatsoever. Ask them a question, or ask for help and your greeted with a blank stare. The general attitude of the staff leaves little to be desired as well. The place is typically poorly managed and understaffed. There’s always 1 person on the till and 10 people stood in a que huffing and puffing. This is literally one of the most dire places I’ve ever had the misfortune of walking into. My wife and I shop elsewhere now to save ourselves the embarrassment of walking into this place.
What a fantastic staff they are so kind and helpful. Nothing ever too much for them from taking my basket from me when ive over filled it to the check out or carrying my bags out to the car on numerous occasions with out been asked . Been ill has its own drawbacks but happy friendly staff and smiling faces cheers up my day . At times a simple how are you means so much and they certainly deliver on that .Irene Sadie Sadie david Keith and so many names ive forgotton because of cancer or just old age .
