The most obvious thing about this shop is the staff - they are incredibly ignorant and ill-mannered. I think I’ve heard the term ‘thank you’ used once which may have been a mistake in my part and I’ve never made eye contact with any of the female staff as I get the impression as a customer I’m just a brown smudged stain on the bottom of their shoe. Speaking of which, beware the cans of fizzy ribena - the first (and only) sip tasted like someone had taken a sample of their own back door and wiped it on the top of the can. Be mindful of any deals which are price marked on the shelves as they are never the same as when they’re scanned at the till although this occasionally works in your favour. Some of the confectionary lacks freshness with crisps, especially, having very close or even past the best before dates. Relatively expensive too but sadly quite handy when needs must (hence the second star).

Love the staff here. Always very warm and friendly. Great selection of goods, good disabled access, great range of services available too, all in all a fab store.

Just bought a six pack crisps at £2.65. Came home, opened them and they were soggy. Once again out of date. This has happened alot in this shop. So overpriced and quality is garbage. Robbing us blind on a daily basis.

Always happy with Nisa. Despite some reviews I've always felt the staff have been helpful and friendly and the store itself is clean. There's a great choice of products and by far much cheaper than McColls store which is nearby. Open from 6am to 9:45pm everyday and even open over the festive period too.

Staff are very unfriendly and unhelpful. Often followed around the shop. Shop opening hours are incorrect as groups of men block the entrance most nights 20 mins before the advertised closing time of 10pm. Far better Nisa store just 2 mins away on Main Street or try the McColls convenience store on Braemar Road - both stores are much cleaner, better organised and have friendlier staff!

Appalling. I went here today and picked up an item that was £1.99. They refused to let me pay with my debit card as it was under £2. They told me I needed to buy something else. I left the item at the till. Rude, uneducated staff who are breaking the law. This place should be reported to trading standards.
