   total shambles of a service! been to this tesco a few times. every time i come the evri machine is “broken”. why offer a service you have no intention of providing. what’s worse is on a recent visit i overhead a member of staff saying how they turn the machine off or purposely break it because they can’t be bothered with it. if this is all true then the shop definitely needs a serious manager intervention! staff are always huffy puffy when you ask for a hand.

   I don’t know what’s happening but the store is going downhill the shop it’s self is always very dirty and today I was in struggled to self scan as they we’ve all filthy - the staff are always lovely and they’re busy but just think there’s not enough of them. It’s putting me off shopping there again as it’s a dirty

   McGhee's rolls are left in a tub uncovered for you to help yourself (the same as Shettleston branch). Went i today and a female was raking through all the rolls with bare hands, picking them up then throwing them back and lifting more, needless to say I decided not to buy rolls, people seem to have short memories don't think hygiene/covid. Surely Tesco could come up with a better way for customers to buy the said rolls and stop them being handled by all and sundry.

   It's a very compact shop.maybe not all the variety of a larger store.but staff always very pleasant.has it's deals and offers.. More than other local stores I think.is a good shopping experience.
