Very poorly managed all round. Staff working wearing hoodies that cover their uniform, openly swearing in front of and largely ignoring customers, out of date food, food on display from multi packs. It's just a riot.

Gary at the self scan checkouts on 21st June was so helpful in helping an elderly customer through the self scan. He helped her throughout. He pretty much did the entire thing himself all the whilst apologising if he had to nip away to help another customer quickly. He then called a taxi for the customer, even asking if Kelvin Cabs was OK for the customer. Such a lovely guy, I've been served by Gary in the past and he's always so nice. What a lovely thing to see tonight, well done Gary

Visited this Tesco superstore and had a generally pleasant experience—except for one slightly unsettling detail. There was this granny who seemed to be following me around the store like some kind of produce-obsessed shadow. Every aisle I turned into, there she was—staring at the same apples I needed, inspecting the same carrots, and somehow bumping into me at every turn. It felt like I was in an unspoken race for the last bag of potatoes, and she was clearly winning. I tried to speed up, but she was always a step ahead, as if she had some sort of mystical connection to the store layout. Maybe she was just really into her shopping, or maybe she was secretly hunting me down for my top-quality tomatoes—who knows? Apart from my granny stalker, the rest of the store was a dream. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering assistance without me even having to ask. The aisles were well-stocked, the shelves neatly arranged, and the checkout process was quick and smooth. Despite the odd encounter, I left with everything I needed—and a few extra glances to make sure the granny wasn’t secretly following me to the parking lot. Would I return? Absolutely. The service was great, and I got everything on my list. But I’ll be keeping an eye on that mysterious granny next time—just in case she’s planning to shadow me again in the dairy section.

Asked a male customer service assistant for an item they might have in store? I got a blunt reply of “No!” Not even any engagement, or advise. However, the lady who served on the tobacco counter gave an excellent example of great customer service!

I am appalled at the way I have just seen 2 school boys being treated. The little man on the door was arrogant and extremely aggressive. Clearly on a power trip! He is very lucky it wasn't my son he put out the shop with out his lunch! I am also making a complaint to head office about him!

Outside of the building is falling apart makes the community looks tacky, mean while, why people shop here is beyond be, popped in for something to eat, two tier pricing if you give us your info we’re give you a discount, no toilets. Much better stores about East Kilbride and this is not one of them.
