Lazy staff on shift standing at a same till both just talking to each other doing nothing saying you need to self serve and they don’t serve customers. So what is the point then standing there both just talking about what there doing this weekend. Bad customer service.

Excellent store to shop in. We always visit regularly. The Staff are amazing. Great store. Would Highly Recommend it.
Terrible there are no staff to serve you. I don’t mind using self checkout occasionally but in here prices are consistently wrong, offers don’t come off right at checkout etc then you have to spend the next ten minutes trying to chase a staff member to help you. Boots please bring back real people on tills to serve customers!!
On Monday the 19th the woman came up to self service and grabbed my receipt off me after spending £85 and says you’ve not paid for your bag , how rude !!! She has no customer service skills was extremely aggressive and is no way entitled to speak to customers in that manor !!! Absolutely disgusting!!! I wasn’t trying to steal a 10p bag after spending £85 in the store ! I suggest you school your staff in Hamilton !! It was the the older woman with long black hair and glasses
Easy to get to with helpful staff
Didn't have the woman 212 perfume my wife likes. However, the staff are lovely. Apologised and quickly googled where in Hamilton l could get it.
Staff and slow and thick as mince. Standing in a queue tonight, staff said I'll get someone to severe you. Which she didnt.
Great to get all the best brands with my advantage card it all ways gotta bargain
