I’ve recently moved to the area & have my prescriptions sent here. Staff are always friendly and polite, I get a text to alert me when it’s arrived which is so convenient. Stock is always good too.
Called to check my prescription would be ready today hopefully as I am going on holiday, thanks to hayley although my prescription wasn't going to be ready till tomorrow, she spoke to the girls on the front and got my prescription ready within 10/15 minutes, thank you Hayley and the other girls on the front!
Very poor service and very incompetent staff, always refuse to provide things in one go, ten of time to go for one priscription, every time we find out medicine are not accordingly to doc priscription, and then ask you again for new priacription They lost your priscriptions and simply said no we dont have any thing on this name go to gp and verify. Every time you find there crowdy because they are so slow and incompetent staff.
Apart from parking, everything is good lol
Staff are lovely but chemist is always busy and it takes too long to be served, parking is terrible you can never get parked, their phone is ALWAYS off the hook, you say to them about it and they tell you they have problems with their phone even though months has went past and still isn't working.
The absolute worst pharmacy in Hamilton they never answer a phone and have terrible customer skills and there is no point looking at the closing times as the shut when they want
Worst pharmacy ever used - can’t park and staff take AGES to serve - usually huge queues no matter when you go
Staff so friendly and exceptionally helpful. Shop immaculate and always stocked well. Never had any problem so far so good, been using this pharmacy for over a year now!
Very good pharmacy all the staff are very friendly and always very helpful If you have a car it can be very hard to find a place to park at times
