   Terrible, speak to you like dirt dont actually check to see if your prescription is there or they either dont bother sorting it at all until its last minute, absolute disgrace of a pharmacy they will force you off the phone to them so they dont have to deal with anything. Get a new job if you hate it this much. Even when you go in the pharmacy they all stand in the back talking and theyre faces are tripping them. Shocking.

   Booked appointment for flu jag 0950hrs on Monday 27 September. Received an email from lloyds the night before to remind me. Turned up as booked and found shutters down and no one within.

   I sought advice at pharmacy. Counter assistant then asked pharmacist & despite phoning beforehand & being told they could assist, this was declined. I was able to get the help elsewhere. The thing that then upset me was, I then decided to purchase an ointment that the counter assistant pointed out was on the bottom shelf adjacent to the counter. I was well covered up with a facemask & as I bent to retrieve the item the asian pharmacist very rudely told me to get back the assistant would get the item. The look on her face, I was so shocked I paid & left & will never be back. Unhelpful & rude - not the assistant!

   Not opened on Sunday despite the listed hours. More than an inconvenience if you are wanting to pick up a prescription. Very disappointed.
