Samantha was excellent, very professional whilst being personable, friendly and showing real empathy which put me at ease which isn't easy at an eye exam

Fantastic customer service from step into the store until exit. Areeba was an incredible optometrist and very considerate and explained all. In particular, the lead female optician’s assistant had impeccable attention to customer service.
Many thanks to George for examining my blood red eye and reassuring me everything was OK. I was also given a prescription and some excellent advice regarding eye care. All of the staff were friendly and professional.
A great place to go for eyes check up and buying spectacles oh and having your hearing checked out.

Went here for an eye test and was so impressed I ordered my glasses here too. All of the staff are polite and knowledgeable - and I've worn glasses for 40+ years. I even brought my elderly mother in for her glasses!
The staff were rude . I have 3 children each will be back and forth for glasses . They are great with my oldest daughter who is no trouble because she is a teen. My youngest had an appointment to get eye drops and then eye test . The gentleman who had to deal with a five year old had worse mannerisms than my five year old . Huffing trying to put drops in rude about the situation . Then my partner took my son in for the eye test and he was still huffing and rude to her because a five year old won't do exactly as he is told . When I phoned the day before I was told I needed measurements for my son's eyes which was provided by the opticians who visit the schools and if I didn't have them he wasn't getting his appointment then after an hour of phone calls phone back and be told . Oh you don't need them as he is coming in for an eye test anyway by another member of staff who couldn't have been nicer. That man is the only reason I haven't given the way we have been treated today a 1 star and worse review . So to that optician thank you the rest think more customer service training is absolutely required .
