“I have only recently joined this practise having been without a dentist for some time ,subsequently have had quite a lot of work done. I find the dentist easily accessible ,lots of parking ,it's a lovely old building and the waiting room is nicely decorated not your usual drab decor The Reception staff are lovely ,very friendly and caring also very efficient . The girl at the desk, i think Rachel? Dark hair and tattoes is so friendly and amenable even when I lose my purse or swear when I forget to change the clock and arrive early ! My dentist Chiara is also lovely very kind and explains everything ,gives good advice on dental care . I do t see me leaving this practise as it ticks all the boxes for me 10/10”

“I visited the practice on Tuesday 11-11-25 . 1 was so nervous I could hear my heart pounding , I must put a good word in for Dr Philip Redfern he has the patients of a saint he seems to calm me down I’m so scared I could stop going to the dentist . Plus I need to say a big thank you to the best hygienist Mary Balmer who also has the patients off a saint if it wasn’t for Mary I wouldn’t be able to keep going . “Just had a yearly check up with Dr Lindsey and her brilliant dental nurse,Naomi. From the warm welcome at reception to the procedure itself - what a relaxed, welcoming, civilised and friendly environment! Had a scale and polish and Dr Lindsay took SUCH care cleaning every tooth thoroughly and gently, like she was polishing fine gemstones to be set in a million pound crown! She also took the time to demonstrate how to better clean my teeth showing me with a toothbrush and mirror the exact right angle to hold the brush. I would absolutely recommend this dentist to anyone, especially anyone who is feeling fragile or nervous, as the compassion and sensitivity shown by the staff here, along with the pain free procedures, is exceptional.
