It's rather odd that the majority of the 5* reviews are from one time reviewers??? Shady from start to finish.... I paid £500 in July 2025, I called last week to chase up the progress on my child's braces, the Hamilton practice said Southside Orthodontist had not sent over the scan and they are still waiting. I contacted Southside Orthodontist ( who were obviously angry about the falshoods being said about them) southside Orthodontist forwarded the email request from infinity smiles about my child's 3D scan in July to which they had responded with the scan to infinity Smiles witin an hour of the request being received. It's Plain to see who's being honest!. this practice not only had my £500 for3 months they then asked for another £900, I said I wanted to know who was truly to blame so I could be assured it wouldn't happen again and expected an apology for the complete shambles of falsehoods and incompetence. The practice only response was to say that even though the £500 was not refundable they would repay me and I should go somewhere else. my child is autistic and I have now to explain why I LET HIM DOWN, as that's how he will understand this. Outrageous treatment from a heathcare practice. This company shouldn't be able to trade in this manor, they wouldn't even apologise, if you go with these clowns it will be infinity before you get yourSmile
Great service, attentive staff who made me feel relaxed and comfortable. When appointments required due to discomfort staff were very accommodating in getting me in to be seen as soon as possible.

I visited the Hamilton infinity smiles orthodontist after referral from my own dentist due to misalignment in my teeth. I underwent Invisalign treatment which has drastically improved the look of my teeth. Throughout the duration of wearing the liners I received regular appointments to ensure progress was made with the treatment. I am very happy with the outcome and feel a lot more confident with the appearance of my teeth. I would highly recommend the practice and service to others.
