I just had this lovely comfortable feeling about the place. And I am so glad I registered with them. Andy, my dentist is just lovely. Asked me everything I wanted done and talked me through everything. He has this calming effect about him and is very professional. His dental assistant was so lovely too, making me feel really at ease. I have to say, every staff member I have spoken to have been so lovely, helpful and accommodating. On my last visit, as I was leaving Andy’s room I heard a voice saying Hi Audrie, how are you getting on. It was Lorraine the office manager, as I passed her office, she was checking in with me to see I was satisfied with everything. The last two visits have been worlds apart from anything I’ve had before. She’s easy-going, calming and just has a way of settling you without making a big deal of it. She tells you just enough so you know what’s happening, but leaves the scary stuff out, which is exactly what I need. I’d be really grateful if this feedback could be passed on to her.
