Overall this chemist offers a very good service despite being overly busy. Lovely staff. The only issue I’ve ever had is when a medicine is out of stock they don’t always tell me. I collect my medicines, go home and find one missing. Frustrating.
No common sense, needed a tablet out of stock supplier issue ,fare enough 10 mg tablets,but wait for it plenty of 5mg tablets in stock, just give me twice the amount of the 5mg tablets and I'll take two, they don't comprehend this,tell me to come back next day and guess what still not sorted ,wasted journey.
Consistency of service at this pharmacy is shocking 1 person glides through and another is told to wait for an hour. I see this almost every time I go in here there should be no difference made or bias

Very good indeed. Staff always customer focused and efficient. Clean shop, good covid system assisted door. Its not a big shop but they carry a good reduced range of stock and offer the same excellent value as the large shops.
They have everything one needs but if they haven't got it they make sure it will be available as soon as & they will tell you when . I really like that.
Have you even looked at yourself? This has to be the worst disabled access in the UK. Sheer contempt. It's like a sketch from little Britain. See picture. I suggest you rectify this immediately. Service is great BTW a solid little pharmacy, I've always had good service, but let's get this kerb lowered and a ramp put in.
