   Cancelled a booked flu jab with a form email referencing "low stock". No opportunity to rebook, no tangible follow-up, no prospect of notifying if/when that issue is resolved. Less than impressed.

   Staff are always friendly, always helpful, always approachable , the service provided is always quick and reliable and trustworthy . Staff are caring and compassionate and understanding . The staff make it a smooth experience and I’m in and out within ten fifteen minutes .

   I've also had quick and decent service here. Everyone is super friendly. Got my flu shot today and the pharmacist was very nice, gentle and efficient. It's small but well stocked with necessities, like nappies and other baby items, tooth brushes, bandages, etc. It also carries a decent selection of Rimmel makeup.

   Great pharmacy. Lovely staff, Jordan and Lindsay the dispensary/till workers are both very helpful and approachable (as are the various pharmacists), feels like a community shop where the staff know all of the patients/customers by their first name and will always ask how you are and make a bit of small talk, still while carrying out their work (which is a nice touch for older customers who may not have much social interaction elsewhere day to day). I’ve gone in with prescriptions straight from the gp to get my medication in a hurry, and they’ll go out of their way to help you if you’re in a rush and they’re able to do so. I used to use Mackies further up the road because they have a 24hr dispensary medication locker, but having to go into the shop the staff are very rude, night and day in customer service. If Well had a 24hr prescription dispensary machine it would be absolutely perfect.

   I went in here on the off chance of advice after a serious episode with my heart. They ladies yesterday (22/7) were absolutely amazing, one sent me to the Dr's where I was then taken to hospital. I came back to drop off my prescription later yesterday md the same ladies were amazing again. I went went pick up the prescription today and managed to thank one of the lovely ladies again. I'll be coming here from now on as its my closest pharmacy anyway. Only little quandary I have is the young man who served me today was dressed very inappropriately for a chemist, not sure if he's bosses son or what but he looks so out of place and awkward wearing "going out" clothes while dealing with serious issues. He's young and I hope he can learn to dress a bit more appropriate from now on as this place is a great place. Thank you to you beautiful Scottish ladies from a very appreciative English man.

   I'm talking about the Pharmacist herself I went into the store Saturday 19th February hoping for some advice on a problem I was having,her exact words when I described the issues I was having with my scalp" I don't think I will be able to help but I will have a look anyway. Never again will I ask for assistance at this store she had I cant be bothered attitude that I find totally unacceptable especially when you are being told by overworked Doctors to try pharmacy's for what could be a minor ailment.

   It's a shame that one or two of the staff ruin what would otherwise be a great pharmacy. Though saying this, one of the staff is young and not as experienced in dealing with the public. I'll update my rating when this changes, which after today and dealing with said staff member might be sooner rather than later. There's one dispenser who stands out from the crowd and always manages to calm a situation down, sorts out issues, makes you smile no matter what's going on in her life or your own and who has a kind, caring heart: Linda, you deserve a medal. She is valued by many and gets no recognition. Well Pharmacy, you need a staff member like this in EVERY one of your chemists, someone who treats you like a human being no matter what walk of life you come from. She's also the craziest, funniest dog lover EVER! I would rate the pharmacy 5 stars as for the past 4 years I've had nothing but a great experience, barr a few issues that could have been resolved in a more calm and helpful way (and which ended up being sorted by Linda, of course, when another staff member made it difficult). Hope this feedback is of help.

   I wish there was a way to give no stars. Once again went to this pharmacy because it is the closest to my doctors. Asked for minor ailments for my son but because I had recently got the same thing they said they couldn't give it out again, which was them insinuating that I am abusing the system. Sorry if I spilled the last paracetamol bottle I got from them. Will definitely not go back after this, they are the most hopelessly slow and rude people that I've ever seen in a Pharmacy.

   I’ve been going to this chemist for 20 years (since I moved to Paisley) but I won’t be giving them any more of my custom or money. They were great at getting my prescription every two months but that was it. Last week my doctor sent me in there as I hadn’t been well over the holiday weekend and said that the chemist could now give me some antibiotics without a prescription ( it’s a new thing). I went in the first night after driving like a maniac to get there before 6. Whilst the girl who served me was explaining my situation to the chemist another woman was listening in and then looked over the counter to see who it was (me). The second night (after driving again like a maniac to get there before 6) because I had to speak to the chemist the same woman said “Well we won’t be getting away at 6 tonight then” and stared right at me. Whilst the chemist was out speaking to me all the staff assembled to listen and watch. I was absolutely mortified, I didn’t realise me being unwell was everyone’s business. I would have got more privacy had I been in for my methodine.
