“We have never had a bad experience here. Both of our rescue cats have been well cared for, and the excellent service provided here is much appreciated. 21/09/2023 update - my two cats have diagnosed conditions, and I can't fault the treatment they get from the vets and reception staff here. Everyone is so friendly and understanding, and they are both so well treated when we go. I highly recommend this vets4pets surgery. 16/04/2024 (update) - we continue to get phenomenal treatment at this vet surgery. Joana, in particular, is always very attentive and kind, making the whole process as painless as possible. Both of our cats have medical needs, so we are frequent flyers here. The reception staff are always lovely and knowledgeable and I wouldn't go anywhere else. 28/01/2025 (update) - My two girls, Maggie and Tonks, are regular visitors to this practice. We have been with them since we adopted our formerly feral tortoiseshell 7 years ago. Both kitties have individual medical needs and are regularly reviewed by this brilliant team. From Andrea on reception, to the poor nurses that have navigated Maggie's wriggly nail trims, to the team of vets who always go above and beyond to make sure they're doing the best they can for my kitties. Maggie requires a fair amount of medication for different ailments and this can be complex at times. In particular, Joana, Katie, and Shannon, know them both inside and out. They have all independently researched different treatments that could help and ease symptoms and improve her wellbeing and they are always honest about outcomes. I always receive results as soon as they're available and everyone at this practice has taken time to answer any questions I have had. I appreciate the honesty and respect everyone has given us. Due to Maggie's conditions, she has needed a few emergency appointments and this has never been an issue for anyone on the team. They will link in with other specialists to seek advice without hesitation and are always quick to provide feedback. I cannot thank this team enough. If I haven't mentioned them by name, please know that I have noticed them and they are an equally important part of this incredible team. Overall, the staff are kind, knowledgeable, patient, and interested. On the off chance that they don't know something, they will go away and find out. They're also creative and any challenges they have been presented with (usually Maggie) they have risen to and managed to come up with solutions. I could never thank this practice enough.”

“I went in here on the off chance of advice after a serious episode with my heart. They ladies yesterday (22/7) were absolutely amazing, one sent me to the Dr's where I was then taken to hospital. I came back to drop off my prescription later yesterday md the same ladies were amazing again. I went went pick up the prescription today and managed to thank one of the lovely ladies again. I'll be coming here from now on as its my closest pharmacy anyway. Only little quandary I have is the young man who served me today was dressed very inappropriately for a chemist, not sure if he's bosses son or what but he looks so out of place and awkward wearing "going out" clothes while dealing with serious issues. He's young and I hope he can learn to dress a bit more appropriate from now on as this place is a great place. Thank you to you beautiful Scottish ladies from a very appreciative English man.”

“Lovely happy staff always happy to help I took a funny turn one day and the girls from the pharmacy noticed and the pharmacist came out to make sure I w was OK but my taxi arrived I couldn't have been pleased that they were keeping an eye out for me until my taxi home......I can't thank them enough! And I can't find any need to complain..... Some times there really busy and u might have to wait a bit but what we have to remember is there going as fast as they can keep up the good work ladies x”

“Decent range and decent prices. Kinda like Farmfoods for pets. I've taken my dogs in before for a browse but it's pandemonium given what they must be smelling. It's a bit far out for me but I'll always try and stock up if I'm out towards Linwood. Saves a delivery charge.”

I want to say thank you to the vets and reception staff for the high standard of care they provided for my dog they were amazing. They provided the best care my dog and my dog has no fear of going there due to the kindness and love they showed during her time there. “Last week I received brow lamination & LVL from the beauty studio within Superdrug Paisley. The lovely therapist Razia was very attentive and kind. She was patient with me as I really struggle with things being near my eyes and have sensitive skin in general. She was very informative about after care and what to do during the procedure especially making a conscious effort to ask if I was ok and reassuring me which I really appreciated. My mum also received a brow and lash tint which she was really pleased with. A week later everything still looks great and I feel for the price I couldn’t have received any better treatment outwith. Would recommend and will definitely go back again.”
