    Drab store, unhelpful staff especially at front tills who look as though they don't want to be there.

    In the Paisley centre, drab dimly lit, empty shelves, lack of range of products, thankfully it's not as bad as the one in st Enoch, the staff at prescriptions side are great but why do you need to film me buying a toothbrush? It's a horrible experience buying in Boots utterly horrible.

    Feel that with Paisley being a big town, more products should be available. I was looking for a Clinique product for my daughter and it is only available in bigger stores. Paisley is presently dead and everyone seems to want you to visit Braehead!!! The assistant was very helpful and would order it for me but l needed to see the shade etc. before purchase. We are really in a ghost town.

    My prescriptions are collected from my Dr's surgery by Boots Braehead. From phoning it usually takes 4-5 days before they're ready for pick up. I always have to phone up in advance to make sure ALL my prescription is there too. I've ordered 3 items, and got home to discover they've only given me two. Worth noting if you send someone else to collect, or use a taxi due to not having transport. Not the most efficient at the pharmacy!

    Excellent choice of baby foods nappies etc, some make up, perfume after shave. Just enough room for me to go around on my bariatric wheelchair. Shop well supplied looked like good pharmacy also
