Place is rather busy and more staff at times may be helpful, but staff help when asked and seem friendly enough
I am very upset about this. I had bought 2 bubble tea kits for 5 pounds . At the till the woman said that she couldn't give me a receipt most of the stuff in my trolley was food items so I said okay that is fine.and there was a long queue behind me.When I am home making the bubble tea I notice that both the packets are expired. By August and September. This is why she didn't give me a receipt. So now I cannot even return it and get a refund. Please be aware if you are buying stuff check the dates and get a receipt . I am very disappointed

I had always been quite happy with the store, but a recent incident involving another customer and they way it wad handled by the staff led to make this review and avoid this store in the future .
Got what I needed, nice quiet store, fully stocked and clean and tidy
