I was extremely disappointed because store was closed during opening hours! My girlfriend needed jeans so we drove down just to see the closed shutter :( no updates on Google no information about the store being closed. We left with over an hour of wasted time and no Jeans - very sad.
Not a reflection on any specific staff. Went in hoping to find the perfect jeans and had no clue where to begin. Asked to try out a range of sizes 30-34inches as I wasn’t sure where to start. Was informed they don’t have any 34 in stock, it’s considered plus size and to try another store. Whoops left straight away it just didn’t sit right with me.
Had a great shop in here on Wednesday 19th July 2023. Staff were really friendly, store was immaculate and the staff member who checked me out managed to save me a fair bit of money via the app. Levi's are and will always be one of my favourite brands and its just so nice to see they value good customer service unlike a lot of other brands in the market.
Great shopping experience, sales assistant was total expert in levis sizes and styles.
Took my son into get his 1st pair of jeans finally breaking away from joggies(Teenagers) Jenni assisted us, thanks Jenni. Great customer experience.

Excellent customer service from the girls this morning. The store manager was delayed in opening and the two store colleagues waiting for the manager told me they would need a further 30minutes to prepare before letting in the public. Asking me if I was intending to buy something they told me that they would have it ready for me when I came back.. Great friendly customer service , the way it should be. Thank you
What can you say about a store that sells its own branded clothing products? They sell Levi's jeans , t-shirts and I did see some branded trainers which actually looked ok . The t-shirts were good so I did buy a t-shirt which cost £25, which seemed reasonably priced. The service was as you would expect.
