   Went in just after Christmas 2025… sales were on. Ask for a size 7 shoe. Assistant brought it and left me curtly. The shoe did fit but then I realised that the leather was overtly creased. and it was only when I turned both shoes over that I noticed the shoes were clearly been return as the leathers were scuffed and scratch very badly… the shoe wasn’t even on sale, at full price. Asked if they had a 2nd pair but said they didn’t I further contemplated another pair but the assistants were too busy chatting to notice I needed attention. At point I just left the shop. To sum it up I felt the customer service was lacking. Won’t be shopping there again.

   Staff not very friendly / approachable. Mentioned looking for some shoes that original bought in an outlet. No mention of let's have a look. It was nope as that was outlet we have different stock. It wouldn't have taken a few minutes to guide us to something simaliar. And very abrut when I mentioned daughters feet have recently been measured. Definitely will not return here.

   Took my daughter here to get her feet measured. Girl measured very quick. Never took width and then then said 3 and just walked away? Would have been better measuring myself. Especially as she had her toes scrunched. Was a waste of time.

   It's a nice clean store, neat layout and friendly staff. The store offers a sizing option for children to get the correct size and width for growing feet from, crawling shoes, walking shoes, to running shoes. There are a nice selection but it is limited as the store isn't huge and so can only stock limited choice options. However it is still better to pay for a shoe that fits as opposed to one that doesn't. I would recommend this store.

   Visited the Braehead branch on Friday. Heather, according to my receipt, was friendly and patient, and helped me choose the right colour to match with my navy dress. Very much appreciated the great service and I'm pleased with my heels.

   Such bad customer service by each and every staff member that works there. Went in to get shoe size checked for my children. I had one staff member at the tills roll her eyes, the other staff member who stood around with an ipad ignoring us the whole time we was waiting, another staff member went and served another customer who came in after us and finally when i did get some one to come over he didn't have a clue what he was doing. Disgusting attitude, will not be going back. Clarks really have gone down hill.

   Booked an appointment for sizing my daughter's feet They were ready and organised and took the time to make sure shoes fitted and were going to last. Free insoles too if required. Yes, it's more expensive but worth it to avoid buying multiple pairs that don't fit.
