I bough a pair of Clo Classic Girls Junior in Black. After less than 2 months the sole came off one of the shoes. I took them back to the shop and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They took the boots back and refunded my money which I then used to buy a more robust pair.
Heather helped me and my toddler find a pair of shoes and crocs to try on only to walk out with the same pair of shoes he had on but brand new as his ones were old and done. The patience they showed for my kid who was wild and running about was nice to see.
Not a good experience, my hubby wears the shoes in the shop, perfectly, wears them for an hour and took them back only to be told that they're too worned down to be resold, that shows you the quality of the shoes and there should because policy that you should be able to return shoes back and that company pass them onto Cancer Research
Great customer service. Ordered a 2 pairs for my boys. Also found out I have a full year to get a refund if I change my mind.

Amazing service the young girl that served us was polite and very helpful. We were previously in another shop where we waited over half a hour before anyone helped us but in your store we were acknowledged straight away by very friendly and helpful staff definitely recommend your store

Very attentive, friendly and helpful staff. We're reminded about the shoe exchange for money off, so kids wore their new footwear out the shop. No need for a box or bag and receipt emailed to me. Would go again.
