By far the worst customer service, 3 stuff personnel to find my prescription and took them 25β in total. Lack of professionalism, as the one of the stuff was flicking her hair while βlookingβ for the prescription, and the rest were not even doing the bare minimum. Also, wasnβt in store one of the items and I was asking them to give me the written prescription to get it from another pharmacy, and the guy instead written it down to a wee note which is almost impossible to read. Iβm also working on customer service and I can tell that some days can be hard for the personnel, but I checked the other reviews and it is at least disappointing.

I regret to say this has been the worst pharmacy experience Iβve encountered. Iβve visited on several occasions, and each time the level of customer service has been consistently poor. Despite there often being five or more staff members present, it regularly takes over three minutes just to be acknowledged. On one occasion, I was asked to return in 10 minutes to collect my prescription. I mentioned I would be waiting in my car right outside. When I returned to the door, I found the staff closing up for the day, something they failed to mention. Thankfully, one member of staff did go back in to retrieve my medication. There appears to be a serious lack of customer service training. The team consistently comes across as inattentive and disengaged, which is especially concerning given the nature of the customers they serve, many of whom may be unwell, vulnerable, or in need of extra support. Rather than showing empathy or professionalism, the staff seem to ignore those waiting until one of them finally decides to assist. As someone who works in customer service myself, I find this level of disregard unacceptable. Itβs disappointing, especially since this is my nearest pharmacy. Unfortunately, I wonβt be returning.

Terrible service , had same member of staff tell me prescription not ready ( without looking) when I challenged her that she always says this and could she look ? She made faces , threw a lot of things about and gave me prescription which was ready , I told her unfair to have people coming back and forward for prescription because she canβt be bothered to look , when they are sitting there ready , she proceeded to give me dirty looks ? No apology! Needless to say Iβve changed chemist ! Absolutely disgrace of a place !

AVOID. Would give this pharmacy zero stars if I could. So poorly mismanaged it's beyond a joke. First, I needed to collect a prescription for my 1 year old child. After waiting approximately 15 minutes in the queue, due to only one member of staff being at the counter whilst multiple were talking behind her, as well as seeming to get everyone's prescription orders wrong, I handed my prescription in.... They went to seemingly check if it was in stock, and told me 15-20 minutes. After waiting, I came back to Well Pharmacy to be told that the prescription wasn't in stock, and I would have to wait until tomorrow around 12-1pm. I did just that only to be told the following day that it was (again) not in stock. How can a pharmacy be so clueless in their function? Honestly boggles the mind. They have absolutely zero organisational and customer service skills and clearly have little understanding or care as to why people need their prescriptions in the first place. On the plus side the lady that did serve me was relatively pleasant and you could clearly see that she was overwhelmed with the job as her colleagues idley talked in the background. As I said avoid.

A few weeks ago they wouldn't sell me something because there was "no internet"and they couldn't operate the card machine. Twice now I've been told by my surgery that it would be 3 working days to get my prescription. I've gone to the pharmacy to be told my prescription isn't ready because they "didn't get it in time" eh....no, you haven't bothered processing my prescription or you haven't sent your driver in time!! Chaotic and inefficient and staff couldn't care less. I won't have my prescription sent there again. Poor show

Compared to Broomlands Street branch, these staff actually have manners, top class.

This used to be a great pharmacy. Used to receive a text every time my prescription was ready, or just a quick couple of minutes wait for one handed in. Now it's come back in an hour? People can't just float about for an hour, waiting for their medication. Just an update. Do not use this pharmacy. They are absolutely useless. Place is swarming with flies and that's just at the store front. If like me, you have had enough of their incompetence and cheek, contact your surgery and request that your cms prescription be moved elsewhere. Took no time at all.

Been with this chemist around a year each month to a month and a half i need to order my prescription for epilepsy 4 times in that year have struggled to get in contact with the pharmacy for my meds each time the phone has rang out & I've had to stretch my remaining meds out until I finally get my meds usually about a week later ( all other pharmacies 2-3 working days)

Customer Service was above and beyond, I got a prescription for antibiotics on Saturday after going to out of hours gp, they only had enough to do a couple of days, I was to pick rest up on Monday, but I was working till 5.30 couldn't make it back to Paisley until 6.15, but John offered to stay late so I could collect after I finished work he even called me at 5.10 to make sure I was still ok to collect it. Now that's what I call Customer Service.
