   Last weekend the place was mobbed and due to unforeseen staff shortages you could tell they were under pressure. All the staff including the new trainee were so helpful and friendly and professional they were clearly absolutely bending over backwards to get through the queues as quickly as possible. Fantastic work ladies, I was having a really tough day with health problems and your kindness massively helped lift my mood.

   Miserable, bad mannered, middle-aged counter assistant who treats customers with apparent contempt. Obviously doesn't enjoy her job. Same attitude every time I go there. Pharmacist is infinitely more pleasant and courteous. Refuse to shop there ever again. Fortunately this particular staff member isn't characteristic of other Boots pharmacies where counter assistants are nowhere near as obnoxious is this woman. Note to manager: At her next performance review please remind this assistant that she is the public face of Boots. Why allow one horrible person with terrible people skills to tarnish the company's name? No-one who simply presses the buttons on a till has earned the right to be condescending.
